A woman's right to empower herself to drive a SUV [sport utility vehicle] because it makes her feel protected in Los Angeles trumps the right of somebody not to live under water in an underprivileged country. Not everything that makes you feel good is necessarily the best thing. I think there should be some other measures of success that are beyond the economic - like human decency for instance!"
