In Cardiff North, hotly contested marginal in the Welsh Elections we have John Frederick Pratt from UKIP!!! I wonder what the odds are on him or not.
And we had realised we already had his friend LLewellyn David St Vincent ??? ummm..that the one in the picture!

John Pratt is NOT standing as a UKIP candidate in Cardiff North,the candidate being Sir David
Llewellyn.
John Pratt is the lead candidate for UKIP in the South Wales Central Regional List.
I recommend a little more research & less sarcasm - very lazy journalism.
