And Plaid....surely not going down the PPP road..that has proved disastrous elsewhere. Nothing to do with St Athan of course...... is it.....tiding up after they welcome one of the biggest PPP ever..... noooooo................. whoops we mustn't have any loose ends that might scupper the might military academy.
